, 0BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
as follows:
Section 1 . That the Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa,
shall meet at the City Hall Council Chambers in the City of
Waterloo, Iowa, at 7 : 00 p.m. on the 23rd day of April, 1990, for
the purpose of holding a public hearing on proposed plans,
specifications, form of contract and estimate of cost for the
Sludge Dewatering Belt Presses at the Water Pollution Control
Plant, in the City of Waterloo and the taking of construction
bids therefore.

Section That the City Clerk is hereby directed to
publish notic&i of the time and place of said hearing in the
Waterloo Courier.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 2nd day of April, 1990 .
