— BE-IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA:
That the bid of Cedar Valley Corporation of Waterloo, Iowa,
in the amount of $2 , 129, 334 . 67 , for the construction of the
Waterloo, Iowa, F.Y. 1990 West Ridgeway Avenue Reconstruction,
Contract No. 383 , described in the plans and specifications
heretof6re adopted by this Council for said project, after public
hearing. on published notice required by law, be and is hereby
accepted, the same being the lowest bid received for said work.
The Mayor and Clerk are hereby directed to execute contract
with the . said contractor for the construction of said
improvemeTnts, said contract not to be binding on the City until
approvedll this Council.
