WHEREAS, the Police and Fire Pension Boards of the City
Waterloo, Iowa, have proposed that the Council of the
• .y of Waterloo, Iowa, approve an Actuarial Valuation
eport, and

CD WHEREAS, it is the opinion of. this Council that said
`+ Actuaria.l Valuation Report for payment due the City of
w Waterloo, by the State of Iowa as set out in Chapter 411,
should be approved.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA, that the Police and Fire Pension
Board' s Actuarial Valuation Report for Fiscal Year 1989 be
,and the same is hereby approved.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 26th day of March, 1990.
