BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the contract of Cedar Valley Corporation of Waterloo, Iowa,
forthe F.Y. 1990 West Ridgeway Avenue Reconstruction ( Sergeant
Road to Ansborough Avenue) in the City of Waterloo, Iowa, signed
on T4ehalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa, by the Mayor and the
City, Clerk as of the 26th day of March, 1990, together with the
accompanying bond for the faithful performance of said contract
signed by the American Home Assurance Company of New York, New
York, a. surety thereon, be, and the same are hereby approved.
