date, and contingent upon approval of the application
byjiUDAmend the Annual Contributions Contract No. KC-3047
inEaccoiaance with federal regulations.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 26th day of March, 1990, and
approved by the Mayor this 28th day of March, 1990.
