H HH RESOLUTION PRELIMINARILY APPROVING SPECIFICATIONS, FORM

OF CONTRACT, ESTIMATE OF COST, ETC. , FOR SOLID WASTE
P COLLECTION SERVICES CONTRACT.

WHEREAS, the City Council previously instructed the Public
Works Director, to prepare and file specifications , form of
contract and preliminary estimate of cost, etc. , for the letting
of the Solid Waste Collection Services Contract, in the City of
W4terloo, Iowa, as specified in the specifications, and
WHEREAS, the Public Works Director has filed said
specifications, form of contract and preliminary estimate of
costs, etc. , and the Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa,
having considered the same.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that said specifications , form of contract and
preliminary estimate of cost, etc. , be, and the same are hereby
preliminarily approved.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 26th day of March, 1990 .
