RESOLUTION APPROVING THE AMENDED SITE PLAN FOR

m - -WHEREAS, it has been proposed that the Council of the

City of Waterloo, Iowa, approve an amended site plan for
2, Village Inn Restaurant located at 212 West Ridgeway Avenue,
and legally described as follows:

F--WHEREAS, a public hearing was waived by the Council of
the City of Waterloo, Iowa, due to the insignificance of the
nature of said above mentioned site plan amendment, and
WHEREAS, it is the opinion of this Council that said
site plan amendment should be approved as proposed.

isTOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA, that the site plan amendment for
AOlage Inn Restaurant, 212 West Ridgeway Avenue, to locate
4monument type sign on property located 80 feet west of the
Bellaire Road curb ( 68 feet from the property line) and 20
feet north of the Ridgeway Avenue curb ( 11 feet from the
property line) and parking lot lighting, to locate one on
the north side, two on the east side and one on the south
side of said property, be and the same is hereby approved.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 19th day of March, 1990, and
approved by the Mayor this 21st day of March, 1990 .
