Section :1. That the Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa
shall meet at City Hall Council Chambers in the City of Waterloo,
Iowa, at 7:4)0 p.m. on the 9th day of April, 1990, for the purpose
of considering and acting upon a proposal to vacate the five foot
platted Utility easement located along the south lot line of
2331-233-1,:Fairway Lane, and legally described as follows:
„T4i0outherly five feet of Lot 23 , except the easterly eight
oftOki4oponds Addition, Waterloo, Black Hawk County, Iowa.
