BE IT, RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
as follows
Sect4n l. That the Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa
shall meet at City Hall Council Chambers in the City of Waterloo,
Iowa, at 7 : 00 p.m. on the 9th day of April, 1990, for the purpose
of considering and acting upon a proposal to vacate the platted
building line located on the north side of the San Marnan Drive
frontage road, west of West Ninth Street, and legally described
as follows:

The ten (10 foot building line on the south side of Lot 13 ,
Brookeridge Addition, Waterloo, Black Hawk County, Iowa;
and to dedicate a new building line located on the south side of
Lot 13 of Brookeridge Addition, legally described as follows:
A line thirty ( 30) feet north of and parallel to the north
right-of-way line of East San Marnan Drive, located on Lot
13 , Brookeridge Addition, Waterloo, Black Hawk County, Iowa.
Section 2. That the Deputy City Clerk is hereby directed to
publish notice of the time and place of said hearing in the
Waterloo Courier.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 19th day of March, 1990.
