RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO,

FOURTH ADDITION IN THE CITY OF WATERLOO, BLACK HAWK

WHEREAS, on this 19th day of March, 1990 , at a regular
meeting of the City Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa, the
preliminary. plat of Audubon Park Fourth Addition, Waterloo, Black
Hawk County, Iowa, was presented for approval; and
WHEREAS, said Preliminary Plat has been previously submitted
to and has been approved by the Waterloo City Planning,
Programming and Zoning Commission; and
WHEREAS, said Preliminary Plat has been considered and
should receive approval of this Council.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA, that the Preliminary Plat of Audubon Park
Fourth Addition, Waterloo, Black Hawk County, Iowa, be and it is
hereby approved and the Mayor and the Deputy City Clerk of the
City of Waterloo, Iowa, are hereby authorized and directed to
certify AO affix their signatures to said resolution.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 19th day of March, 1990.
