-31 RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO,
.1IOWA, APPROVING THE PRELIMINARY PLAT OF LA PORTE ROAD

trT'zPLAZA IN THE CITY OF WATERLOO, BLACK HAWK COUNTY, IOWA.
WHEREAS, on this 19th day of March, 1990, at a regular
meetingofIthe City Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa, the
prelimiAari plat of La Porte Road Plaza, Waterloo, Black Hawk
Countywa, was presented for approval; and
-,2WHEREAS, said Preliminary Plat has been previously submitted
to and has been approved by the Waterloo City Planning,
Programing and Zoning Commission; and
WHEREAS, said Preliminary Plat has been considered and
should teceive approval of this Council.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA, that the Preliminary Plat of La Porte
Road Plaza, Waterloo, Black Hawk County, Iowa, be and it is
hereby approved and the Mayor and the Deputy City Clerk of the
City of Waterloo, Iowa, are hereby authorized and directed to
certify and affix their signatures to said resolution.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 19th day of March, 1990 .
