WHEREAS, the City has received the agreement between
Walmatt Stores Inc. and G. P. Schoenfelder concerning the
improvement and dedication of a street between their
properties lying south of Flammang Drive in Crossroads
Centerin Waterloo, Iowa, and has noted the contents of
their agreement.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA, THAT:
When the street is built according to City of

cl 6 Waterloo specifications and under its supervision,
< 0 as outlined, the City of Waterloo will accept the
