ADJACENT PROPERTIES IN THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA.

o WHEREAS, it has been proposed that the Clerk/Auditor' s
Office be designated to maintain a Registry of persons
wishing to be notified prior to application of pesticides on
adjacent properties, in the City of Waterloo, Iowa, and

° WHEREAS, it will be the responsibility of the lawn care
companies to notify persons on adjacent property who are on
it the : Registry prior to application of pesticides.
6, pr, NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA, that the Clerk/Auditor ' s Office
is hereby designated to maintain a Registry of persons
wishing to be notified prior to application of pesticides on
adjacent property in the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
