BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
as follows:
Section- 1 . - That the Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa,
shall meet at the City Hall Council Chambers in the City of
Waterloo'T, Iowa, at 7 : 00 p.m. on the 2nd day of April, 1990, for
the purpose of holding a public hearing on proposed plans,
speciAtCatiops, form of contract and estimate of cost for the
F.Y. 1990 Salt. Storage Building, in the City of Waterloo and the
taking of construction bids therefore, Contract No. 381.
Section 2 That the City Clerk is hereby directed to
publish notice of the time and place of said hearing in the
Waterloo Courier.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 12th day of March, 1990.
