H• H ,AESOLUTI ON CONFIRMING APPROVAL OF SPECIFICATIONS, FORM
OF CONTRACT, ESTIMATED COST, ETC. , FOR CEDAR RIVER/

EXCHANGE PARK BOAT RAMP RECONSTRUCTION.

WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa,
heretofore instructed the Superintendent of Resources of said
City to prepare proposed specifications, form of contract, etc. ,
for the Cedar River/Exchange Park Boat Ramp Reconstruction, in
the City of Waterloo, Iowa; and
WHEREAS, said Superintendent of Resources did file said
preliminary specifications, form of contract, etc. , for the Cedar
River/Exchange Park Boat Ramp Reconstruction, which were
preliminarily approved on February 19, 1990 ; and
WHEREAS, a public hearing, upon notice, was held on March
12, 1990 , and no objections were made.
tO), THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that said proposed specifications, proposed form
of contract and bond, etc. , for the Cedar River/Exchange Park
Boat Ramp Reconstruction, in the City of Waterloo, Iowa, be, and
the same: are hereby, approved as filed.
WiaSED AND ADOPTED this 12th day of March, 1990 .
