c'Tf, WNEREAS, the City Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa,
heret&fd7ce instructed the City Engineer of said City to prepare
propoapecifications, form of contract, etc. , for the F.Y.
1990 WeRidgeway Avenue Reconstruction Project, in the City of
Waterloo, Iowa, known as Contract No. 383 ; and

WAS, said Engineer did file said preliminary
specifieations, form of contract, etc. , for the F.Y. 1990 West
Ridgeway. Avenue Reconstruction Project, known as Contract No.
383 , w4tp4 were preliminarily approved on February 19, 1990; and
WHEREAS, a public hearing, upon notice, was held on March 5,
1990 , and._no objections were made.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOOWA, that said proposed specifications, proposed form
of contract and bond, etc. , for the F.Y. 1990 West Ridgeway
AvenueLRconstruction Project, in the City of Waterloo, Iowa,
known Apontract No. 383 , be, and the same are hereby, approved
