• AGREEMENT BY MAYOR.

BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that Supplemental Agreement No. 1 dated March 5 , 1990, for
replacement of the Lafayette Street bridge over Blowers Creek and
the replacement of Blowers Creek box culvert at Dubuque Road with
two new bridges for the F.Y. 1990 Blowers Creek Bridge
Improvements--Dubuque Road and Lafayette Street, Contract No.
318, by and between Brice, Petrides-Donohue of Waterloo, Iowa,
and the City of Waterloo, Iowa, be and the same is hereby
approved, and the Mayor authorized to execute the same in behalf
of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 5th day of March, 1990.
