Iowa, at 7:09 p.m. on the 12th day of March, 190, for the
purpose of cobsidering and acting upon a proposal to vacate the
sidewalk adjoining Property located at 1006 Fairview Avenue, and

The 551 long sidewalk adjoining Lot 2, Block 2, Burnside
Additipp, Waterloo, Black Hawk County, Iowa.
Section 2. That the City Clerk is hereby directed to
publish notice of the time and place of said hearing in the
Waterloo Courier.
