BE ' IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
as follows: n

Section I: That the Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa,
shall ..meet at the City Hall Council Chambers in the City of
Wate-d-rlobtowa, ,at 7: 00 p.m. on the 5th day of March, 1990, for
the ti"fpbse of holding a public hearing on proposed plans,
speciftations, form of contract and estimate of cost for the
F.Y. 1990 Weqsit, jRidgeway Avenue Reconstruction Project, in the
City of Watepaptzl Contract No. 383 .
Section 2. That the Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa,
shall meet at the City Hall Council Chambers in the City of
Waterloo, Iowa, at 7 : 00 p.m. on the 19th day of March, 1990, for
the purpo8 - of holding a public hearing on the taking of
construction bids for the F.Y. 1990 West Ridgeway Avenue
Reconstruction Project, in the City of Waterloo, Contract No.
383 .
Section 3 . That the City Clerk is hereby directed to
publish notice of the time and place of said hearing in the
Waterloo Courier.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 19th day of February, 1990 .
