E. EXCHANGE PARK BOAT RAMP RECONSTRUCTION.

. WHEREAS, the City Council previously instructed the Park
Superintendent, to prepare and file specifications, form of
con.4acand preliminary estimate of cost, etc. , for the
cons,:trucin of the Cedar River/Exchange Park Boat Ramp
ReconstillAion, in the City of Waterloo, Iowa, as specified in
the specifications, and
WHEREAS, the Park Superintendent has filed said
specifications, form of contract and preliminary estimate of
costs, etc. , and the Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa,
having considered the same.
NOWi? THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that said specifications, form of contract and
preliminary estimate of cost, etc. , be, and the same are hereby
preliminarily approved.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 19th day of February, 1990 .
