Sectidn131. That the Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa,
shall ---r:'meetZtt the City Hall Council Chambers in the City of
Waterfoo, Iowa, at 7 : 00 p.m. on the 12th day of March, 1990, for
the pilrpose ;of holding a public hearing on proposed plans,
specifications, form of contract and estimate of cost for the
Cedar River/Exchange Park Boat Ramp Reconstruction, in the City
of Waterloo and the taking of construction bids therefore.
Section 2 . That the City Clerk is hereby directed to
publish notice of the time and place of said hearing in the
Waterloo Courier.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 19th day of February, 1990.
