E-10F CONTRACT, ESTIMATED COST, ETC. , FOR WATERLOO CENTRAL

WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa,
heretofore instructed the City Engineer of said City to prepare
proposed specifications, form of contract, etc. , for the Waterloo
Central Garage Re-roofing, in the City of Waterloo, Iowa; and
WHEREAS, said Engineer did file said preliminary
specifications, form of contract, etc. , for the Waterloo Central
Garage Re-roofing, which were preliminarily approved on January
8 , 1990; and
WHEREAS, a public hearing, upon notice, was held on February
5, 1990 , and no objections were made.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that said proposed specifications, proposed form
of contract and bond, etc. , for the Waterloo Central Garage
Re-roofing, in the City of Waterloo, Iowa, be, and the same are
hereby, approved as filed.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 5th day of February, 1990 .
