-, WHEREAS, the Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa,
shall meet in the Council Chambers in the City Hall in the
City of Waterloo, Iowa, at 7 : 00 p.m. on the 12th day of
February, 1990, for the purpose of considering and acting
upon the request of Nyle ' s Water Service, Inc. , 326 West
17th Street, for a waiver of the building moratorium on
Relocated U.S. 218 Corridor to attach a 27 ' x 30" sign to
existing building, legally described as follows:
