WHEREAS, the Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa,
shall meet in the Council Chambers in the City Hall in the
City of Waterloo, Iowa, at 7: 00 p.m. on the 12th day of
February, 1990, for the purpose of considering and acting
upon the request of Grout Museum, 503 South Street, for a
waiver of the building moratorium on Relocated U.S. 218
Corridor to build an addition to existing building, legally
described as follows:

hearing in the Waterloo Courier.
