RESOLUTION APPROVING APPRAISAL CONTRACT WITH KEITH
JONES APPRAISAL SERVICES OF CEDAR FALLS, IOWA AND
0 c, DIRECTING EXECUTION OF SAID AGREEMENT BY MAYOR PRO TEM.

BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the appraisal contract dated February 5, 1990, for Hackett
Road Bypass, IX-6585( 3 ) --79-07, by and between Keith Jones
Appraisal Services of Cedar Falls, Iowa, and the City of
Waterloo, Iowa, be and the same is hereby approved, and the Mayor
Pro Tem authorized to execute the same in behalf of the City of
Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 5th day of February, 1990.
