00 P-I AND DIRECTING EXECUTION OF SAID AGREEMENT BY MAYOR.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Agreement dated February 12 , 1990, for Addendum No.
90-A-042 for the elimination of the detention basin to be placed
between West Park Avenue and West Fourth Street in conjunction
with Relocated U.S. Highway 218, IX-218-7 ( 78 )--3P-07, by and
between Iowa Department of Transportation and the City of
Waterloo, Iowa, be and the same is hereby approved, and the Mayor
authorized to execute the same in behalf of the City of Waterloo,
Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 12th day of February, 1990.
