BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the contract of Winmor Construction Co. , Inc. of Waterloo,
Iowa, for the F.Y. 1990 Cloverdale Acres Area Stormwater
Improvements in the City of Waterloo, Iowa, signed on behalf of
the City of Waterloo, Iowa, by the Mayor and the Deputy City
Clerk as of the 12th day of February, 1990 , together with the
accompanying bond for the faithful performance of said contract
signed by the Merchants Bonding Company of Des Moines, Iowa, as
surety thereon, be, and the same are hereby approved.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 12th day of February, 1990.
