• BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO,
IOWA, that the Grant Application for Resource Enhancement
and Protection (REAP) funds for the implementation of the
designs created by Rundell, Ernstberger and Associates of
Muncie, Indiana, for the 218 Corridor for the block bounded
by Fourth Street, Fifth Street, Bluff Street and Jefferson
Street, be and the same is hereby approved, and City Planner
authorized to submit said application and the Mayor
authorized to execute same in behalf of the City of
Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 12th day of February, 1990.
