cA tlio ' WHEREAS, the Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa,
shall meet in the Council Chambers in the City Hall in the
City of Waterloo, Iowa, at 7 : 00 p.m. on the 5th day of
February, 1990, for the purpose of considering and acting
upon the- request of Ron Scally Collision Repair and Sales,
2083 Plmouth Avenue, for a waiver of the building
moratorium on Relocated U.S. 218 Corridor to attach a sign
to the existing building, fence a 40 ' x 90 ' area in rear of
building and to provide hard surface parking for the display
area.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA, that the City Clerk is hereby
directed to publish notice of the time and place of said
hearing in the Waterloo Courier.
