NOTICE TO BE GIVEN ON THE VACATION, SALE AND CONVEYANCE
OF THE ALLEYS LOCATED BETWEEN WEST TENTH STREET AND
WEST MULLAN AND BETWEEN WASHINGTON STREET AND BLUFF
STREET AS FEBRUARY 5 , 1990, AT 7 : 00 P.M. IN CITY HALL

BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
as follows:
Section 1 . That the Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa
shall meet at City Hall Council Chambers in the City of Waterloo,
Iowa, at 7 : 00 p.m. on the 5th day of February, 1990, for the
purpose of considering and acting upon a proposal to vacate,
sell and convey the alleys located between West Tenth Street and
West Mullan and between Washington Street and Bluff Street owned
by the City of Waterloo, Iowa, to the State of Iowa, and legally
described as follows:
The easterly to westerly alley in Blocks 51 , 50, 48, 19, 20,
21, 22, 23 , 24 and 25 of Original Waterloo (West) and Blocks
1 and 2 of Doe ' s Addition, Waterloo, Black Hawk County,
Iowa.
Section 2 . That the City Clerk is hereby directed to
publish notice of the time and place of said hearing in the
Waterloo Courier.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 16th day of January, 1990.
