WOLFF FOR A BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT TO BE LOCATED AT THE
< SOUTHEAST CORNER OF ANSBOROUGH AND DOWNING AVENUES, IN
o t', ' THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA.
WHEREAS, Larry Wolff has proposed that the Council of the
City of Waterloo, Iowa, approve a site plan amendment for a
business development located at the southeast corner of
Ansborough and Downing Avenues for curb cuts on Ansborough and
Downing Avenues and two ( 2) 10 ' x 10 ' post signs, legally
described as follows:
Lot 8 and the north 50 feet of Lot 9 and the west 66 feet of
Lot 7 of Auditor ' s Plat of Part of Meadowdale, Waterloo,
Black Hawk County, Iowa.
WHEREAS, a public hearing was waived by the Council of the
City of Waterloo, Iowa, due to the insignificance of the nature
of said above mentioned site plan amendment.
WHEREAS, it is the opinion of this Council that said site
plan amendment should be approved as proposed.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA, that the site plan amendment for a
business development located at the southeast corner of
Ansborough and Downing Avenues for curb cuts on Ansborough and
Downing Avenues and two ( 2 ) 10 ° x 10 ' post signs, be and the same
is hereby approved.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 16th day of January, 1990, and
approved by the Mayor this 18th day of January, 1990 .
