- RESOLUTION FIXING THE TIME AND PLACE OF HEARING TO BE
GIVEN ON APPLICATION OF MARY EVANS TO CHANGE THE

• LOCATED AT 1137 DUNDEE AVENUE FROM A JEWELRY STORE TO A
PSYCHIC PALM READING SERVICE AND MAINTAIN A RESIDENCE

THE COUNCIL CHAMBERS IN CITY HALL AND INSTRUCTING CLERK

r- TO PUBLISH NOTICE OF HEARING.
WHEREAS, the Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa, shall
meet in the Council Chambers in the City Hall in the City of
Waterloo, Iowa, at 7 : 00 p.m. on the 5th day of February, 1990,
for the purpose of considering and acting upon an application of
Mary Evans to change the existing "C-Z" Conditional Zoning use
for property located at 1137 Dundee Avenue from a jewelry store
to a psychic palm reading service and maintain a residence at
said address and legally described as follows:
Lots 9 and 10, Block 23 , Hagerman Place, all in the City of
Waterloo, Black Hawk County, Iowa.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that the City Clerk is hereby directed to publish
notice of the time and place of said hearing in the Waterloo
Courier.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 16th day of January, 1990 .
