BRICE, PETRIDES-DONOHUE FOR FINAL DESIGN OF PAVING
IMPROVEMENTS FOR TWELVE (12 ) SIDE STREETS IN
0 01 ': CONJUNCTION

IX-6604 (1) --79-07 AND DIRECTING EXECUTION OF SAID
-AGREEMENT BY MAYOR.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO IOWA,
that the Supplemental Agreement No. 3 dated January 16, 1990, for
final design of paving improvements for twelve ( 12) side streets
in conjunction with Sixth Street Extension, IX-6604(1 ) --7907, by
and between Brice, Petrides-Donohue of Waterloo, Iowa, and the
City of Waterloo Iowa, be and the same is hereby approved, and
the Mayor authorized to execute the same in behalf of the City of
Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 16th day of January, 1990.
