- BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
)' WATERLOO, IOWA, that a transfer be made for the amount of

C $10, 678 . 30 from the General Fund (Street Sinking Revenue) to
51, the Paving No. 170 Bond Fund, $24 , 798 . 42 from the General
Fund (Street Sinking Revenue) to the Paving No. 176 Bond
Fund, and $4, 269. 91 from the General Fund (Street Sinking
Revenue) to the Paving No. 213 Bond Fund to cover costs of
bonds and interest payments due in FY 1989-1990.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Clerk/Auditor be
instructed to certify a copy of this resolution to the City
Treasurer of the City of Waterloo, Iowa, in order that said
transfer be made.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 16th day of January, 1990.
