RESOLUTION PRELIMINARILY APPROVING SPECIFICATIONS, FORM
OF CONTRACT, ESTIMATE OF COST, ETC. , FOR RENOVATION OF
FORMER EAST SIDE LIBRARY.
WHEREAS, the City Council previously instructed the Planning
and Development Director, to prepare and file specifications,
form of contract and preliminary estimate of cost, etc. , for the
renovation of former East Side Library, in the City of Waterloo,
Iowa, as specified in the specifications, and
WHEREAS, the Planning and Development Director has filed
said specifications, form of contract and preliminary estimate of
costs, etc. , and the Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa,
having considered the same.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that said specifications, form of contract and
preliminary estimate of cost, etc. , be, and the same are hereby
preliminarily approved.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 16th day of January, 1990.
