H Hi- RESOLUTION APPROVING THE MINOR SITE PLAN AMENDMENT FOR
THE FAMILY CIRCLE SERVICE STATION LOCATED AT KIMBALL
< C AND RIDGEWAY AVENUES IN THE CITY OF WATERLOO, BLACK
O - HAWK COUNTY, IOWA.

WHEREAS, it has been proposed that the Council of the City
of Waterloo, Iowa, approve the minor site plan amendment for the
Family Circle Service Station located at Kimball and Ridgeway
Avenues to replace an existing post sign with a new logo sign and
price sign on one post, and
WHEREAS, a public hearing was waived by the City Council of
the City of Waterloo, Iowa, due to the insignificance of the
nature of said mentioned minor site plan amendment, and
WHEREAS, it is the opinion of this Council that said minor
site plan amendment should be approved as proposed.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA, that the minor site plan amendment for
the Family Circle Service Station located at Kimball and Ridgeway
Avenues in the City of Waterloo, Black Hawk County, Iowa, be and
the same is hereby approved.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 22nd day of January, 1990, and
approved by the Mayor this 24th day of January, 1990.
