RESOLUTION APPROVING THE STATEMENT OF COMPLETION AND
FINAL ACCEPTANCE OF WORK FURNISHED BY CEDAR VALLEY
CORPORATION FOR KATOSKI DRIVE, M-6585( 3 ) --81-07, AND
ACCEPTING THE WORK.
WHEREAS, Cedar Valley Corporation of Waterloo, Iowa, has
under contract with the City of Waterloo, Iowa, furnished certain
materials and performed labor in connection with Katoski Drive,
M-6585 ( 3 ) --81-07, in the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Statement of Completion and Final Acceptance of Work be
and the same hereby approved.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 22nd day of January, 1990.
