0.1 BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO,

IOWA, that the Contract dated January 22, 1990, for
construction of Greenhill Road Pedestrian/Bikeway Facility
Connection, IX-6585 ( 9 ) --79-07 , by and between Peterson
Contractors, Inc. of Waterloo, Iowa, and the City of
Waterloo, Iowa, be and the same is hereby approved, and the
Mayor authorized to execute the same in behalf of the City
of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 22nd day of January, 1990 .
