BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,

Section 1:=, That the Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa
shall meet at City Hall Council Chambers in the City of Waterloo,
Iowa, at 7 : 00 p.m. on the 5th day of February, 1990, for the
purpose of considering and acting upon a proposal to vacate, sell
and convey a portion of Texas Street, north of vacated Easton
Avenue and east of 1-380 owned by the City of Waterloo, Iowa, to
Security House, Inc. (United Auto Workers Local 838 ) , and legally
described as follows:
That portion of Texas Street lying north of vacated Easton
Avenue and easterly of 1-380 and U.S. 218, in the City of
Waterloo, Black Hawk County, Iowa.

for $4,109. 40 , plus costs.
Section 2 . That the City Clerk is hereby directed to
publish notice of the time and place of said hearing in the
Waterloo Courier.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 22nd day of January, 1990.
