TOPUBLISH NOTICE OF HEARING.

WHEREAS, the Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa,
shall meet in the City Hall Council Chambers in the City of
Waterloo, Iowa, at 7: 00 p.m. on the 12th day of February,
1990 , for the purpose of considering the application to the
U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development for
additional units under the Section 8 Rental Rehabilitation
Housing Voucher Program for use for rental assistance of the
low income families and private housing units.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA, that the Clerk/Auditor is hereby
directed to publish notice of the time and place of said
hearing in the Waterloo Courier.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 22nd day of January, 1990 .
