RESOLUTION DEDICATING THE EIGHT ( 8) FEET OF
PROPERTY LOCATED BETWEEN LOTS 23 AND 24 IN
WARREN-ERNSTER ADDITION FOR UTILITY PURPOSES, IN
THE CITY OF WATERLOO, BLACK HAWK COUNTY, IOWA.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, that the following legally described property be,
and the same is hereby dedicated for utility purposes:
The northwesterly eight ( 8 ) feet of Lot 23 , except the
northeasterly eight ( 8 ) feet thereof; and the
southeasterly eight ( 8) feet of Lot 24, except the
northeasterly eight ( 8) feet thereof, all in
Warren-Ernster Addition, City of Waterloo, Black Hawk
County, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 8th day of January, 1990.
