Per our conversation, I returned Mr. Foley's call (402-578-3020) cell,to let him know you and Marty were in the process
of organizing the requested documents and determining if some of the HUD documents were considered "public
record" and that records would be available next week.
Mr. Foley thanked me for responding,that he didn't understand the HUD document comment, but that he would be
looking for the documents next week.
