WlitREAS, on January 2, 1990, at 7: 00 p.m. in the City
' Hall Council Chambers a public hearing was held by the City
' of Waterloo concerning Interstate Substitution Project,
IX-6585( 9) --79-07, Greenhill Road Pedestrian/Bikeway
TFacility, and
WHEREAS, no objections were made to the proposed
construction of that project.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO,
IOWA, that this project may proceed to the letting and
awarding of this contract.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Clerk/Auditor be hereby
instructed to certify a copy of this resolution to the Iowa
Department of Transportation.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 2nd day of January, 1990.
