WHEREAS, it has been proposed that the Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa, approve an amended site plan for Kimball Avenue Drug Store, and legally described as follows: COM AT A PT ON W LINE KIMBALL AVE 70. 58 ' S OF SE COR LOT 102 IN -2ND ADD TO KENYONS ADD THE WLY TO PT ON E LINE BELLAIRE RD 75.48 FT S OF SW COR LOT 101 IN 2ND ADD TO KENYONS ADD TH S 46. 33 FT TH ELY TO PT 116 FT S OF SE COR SAID LOT 101 & 150 FT W OF W LINE KIMBALL AVE TH E TO PT ON W LINE KIMBALL AVE: THAT IS 45. 42 ' S OF BEG TH N TO BEG. SEC 34 T 89 R 13 ALE, IN THE CITY OF WATERLOO, BLACK HAWK COUNTY, IOWA. WHEREAS, a public hearing was held on January 2, 1990, at 7 : 00 p.m. at City Hall Council Chambers, Waterloo, Iowa, as provided by law by the Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa, on the proposal to approve said above mentioned amended site plan, and WHEREAS, it is the opinion of this Council that said amended site plan should be approved as proposed. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA, that the amended site plan for Kimball Avenue Drug Store to construct a 46 feet x 40 feet addition to existing building located in the Kimball Ridge Shopping Center, be and the same is hereby approved. PASSED AND ADOPTED this 2nd day of January, 1990, and approved by the Mayor this 4th day of January, 1990. Bernard L.
