BE' IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Agreement dated January 2, 1990, for partial and
temporary acquisition for right-of-way in conjunction with Sixth
Street Extension, IX-6604(2) -79-07, by and between Appraisal
Associates Company of Cedar Rapids, Iowa, and the City of
Waterloo, Iowa, be and the same is hereby approved, and the Mayor
authorized to execute the same in behalf of the City of Waterloo,
Iowa.
