RESOLUTION APPROVING AGREEMENT FOR FIELD SURVEY WITH
BRICE, PETRIDES-DONOHUE CO. IN CONJUNCTION WITH
HACKETT ROAD BYPASS, IX-6586 ( 7) --79-07 AND DIRECTING
EXECUTION OF SAID AGREEMENT BY MAYOR.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Agreement dated January 2 , 1990 , for field survey for
future sale of excess right-of-way located between University
Avenue and Maynard Avenue, east of Greenhill Road in conjunction
with Hackett Road Bypass, IX-6585( 7 ) --79-07, by and between
Brice, Petrides-Donohue Co. of Waterloo, Iowa, and the City of
Waterloo, Iowa, be and the same is hereby approved, and the Mayor
authorized to execute the same in behalf of the City of Waterloo,
Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 2nd day of January, 1990.
