2 GIVEN ON AMENDMENTS TO ORDINANCE NO. 2479 , AS AMENDED,
E ZONING ORDINANCE, AS JANUARY 16, 1990, AT 7: 00 P.M. AT
H H CITY HALL COUNCIL CHAMBERS AND INSTRUCTING THE CLERK TO
°s s PUBLISH THE NOTICE OF HEARING.
WHEREAS, the Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa, shall
meet at City Hall Council Chambers in the City of Waterloo for
the purpose of considering and acting upon amendments to
Ordinance No. 2479, as amended, Zoning Ordinance, to establish an
"H-C" Highway Corridor Overlay District for Relocated Highway 218
as it relates to regulations for landscaping, signage, and design
review within the Relocated 218 corridor, a copy of which is on
file in the office of the City Clerk.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the City Clerk is hereby directed to publish notice of the
time and place of said hearing in the Waterloo Courier.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 2nd day of January, 1990.
