that the contract of Hauptly Construction and Equipment Co. , Inc.
pf Dunkerton, Iowa, for the F.Y. 1991 Sidewalk Repair Program -
Zone 3 , Contract No. 407, in the City of Waterloo, Iowa, signed
Eri behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa, by the Mayor and the
City Clerk as of the 1st day of April, 1991 , together with the
accompanying bond for the faithful performance of said contract
signed by the Merchants Bonding Company (Mutual) of Des Moines,
Iowa, as surety thereon, be, and the same are hereby approved.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 1st day of April, 1991 .
