O 1,31 CU WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Waterloo,
is desirous of forgiving special assessments for
sewage disposal services levied against 809-811 East Fourth

Street.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY
COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA, that the following

forgiven and that the Clerk/Auditor be and he is hereby
Ddirected to notify the County Treasurer of said forgiveness.
