HomeMy WebLinkAbout1981-648-12.28.1981 RESOLUTION NO. 1981-64S RESOLUTION FIXING THE TIME AND PLACE OF HEARING TO BE GIVEN ON APPLICATION OF BLACK HAWK DEVELOPMENT COMPANY , TO REZONE FROM "R-4" MULTIPLE FAMILY RESIDENCE TO "C-Z " CONDITIONAL ZONING A PARCEL OF LAND GENERALLY LOCATED AT THE INTERSECTION OF KIMBALL AVENUE AND BROOKERIDGE DRIVE , AS JANUARY 18 , 1982 AT 7 : 00 P. M. IN THE COUNCIL CHAMBERS IN CITY HALL AND INSTRUCTING CLERK TO PUBLISH NOTICE OF HEARING. WHEREAS, the Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa, shall meet in the Council Chambers in the City Hall in the City of Waterloo, Iowa at 7 : 00 P . M. on the 18th day of January , 1982 for the purpose of considering and acting upon an application of Black Hawk Development Company to rezone from "R-4 " Multiple Family Residence to "C-Z" Conditional Zoning a parcel of land generally located at the intersection of Kimball Avenue and Brookeridge Drive and legally described as follows : A part of Lot No. 155 , Granger ' s Second Addition , Waterloo, Black Hawk County, Iowa , described as follows : Beginning at the SE corner of said Lot No. 155 ; thence S . 89° 34 ' 55 " W. along the Northerly R-O-W line of Brookeridge Drive a distance of 295 . 00 feet ; thence N . 01° 35 ' 12" W . a distance of 180. 00 feet ; thence N . 89° 34 ' 55 " E . a distance of 295 . 00 feet; thence S . 01° 35 ' 12" E . a distance of 180. 00 feet to the point of beginning.
